Ratings and reviews

I'm glad everything's finally in one place now! However, there's still some issues and room for improvement. It takes 3 taps after opening the app to get my ticket open for scanning. On the MyRide app, it only took 1. This is a minor detail, but it makes opening your ticket less convenient and adds a couple of seconds when you're getting it ready to scan. I hope transit schedules and Live View are added as well!

The old app did bring me to a web browser for anything that wasn't ticketing (bus updates, alerts, etc), but I could also access my pass immediately WITHOUT turning on my location. Not sure why this one needs my location to pull up my pass, but it would NOT let me move past the warning without turning on Location Services. I clicked "No thanks" and the warning just popped up again. I guess it's nice to have stuff in one place, but it's not much help if it's main job is the hardest thing to do.

3 stars for now until the display resolution is fixed (content only appears on half of my phone's screen, Pixel 10a) and they need to add FlexRide scheduling so we don't need to download the separate RTD Trips app for FlexRide. Also, I agree with the other commenter who said it's too many clicks to access your tickets. Otherwise I'm glad that they're improving their app. MyRide has been becoming buggier and buggier.
