Users equipped with the PTI / DATI (Isolated Worker Protection / Isolated Worker Alarm) application must first be declared on the RTE Technologies platform to use this application. Visit our website for more information.
Coupled with adapted terminals (smartphones or hardened tablets), RTE Protect automatically transmits distress situations. The position of people is communicated, in case of alarm, via a GPS position or, optionally, in buildings (Indoor, requires the installation of tags).
In case of danger, the worker can alert his company or a remote monitoring service in real time, voluntarily via an alarm button, possibly deported. Depending on the desired configuration, the application automatically detects abnormal situations (standstill, falls, shock), even when the smartphone is idle.
Positive security indicates at any time the level of protection of the user.
The application connects to the RTE GEOmanagement platform hosted by RTE Technologies and offers an availability rate greater than 99.9% (24 / 24h, 7 / 7d).
Your call center or team manager is alerted in real time by SMS, email, phone call and via the platform in case of problems.
