About this app

Tracking is the mobile application developed by RTE for Economic Interest Groups (EIGs) to assist them in receiving and installing high-voltage equipment at electrical substations on construction sites.

It allows them to:
• simplify the collection and validation of asset data directly from the field.
• collect identification information for high-voltage equipment (circuit breakers, disconnectors, surge arresters, or instrument transformers) at the substation.
• receive equipment deliveries.

This information can be entered via QR code or by manually entering data related to the equipment (masks, domain, category, type, or type of equipment) and its location. Installation forms can be completed online or offline. The data is then synchronized with RTE's asset management information system to ensure precise tracking and complete traceability of installed equipment.

Users can also receive the delivery of high-voltage equipment by manually entering the delivery note and the equipment received, or via QR code.
