About this game

Octo Smash is a fast-paced arcade action game where you command a glowing deep-sea
octopus and fight off relentless waves of bizarre ocean creatures.

Drag your octopus across the ocean floor while your tentacles automatically lash
out at every nearby threat. Each wave grows harder, faster, and more chaotic than
the last. How many waves can you survive?

Gameplay Features:

Smooth drag-to-move controls let you dodge and position with precision.
Tentacles auto-attack the nearest enemies, targeting multiple foes at higher levels.
Five distinct enemy types with unique movement patterns keep every wave fresh.
Coin drops reward skillful play and fund your upgrades in the Shop.

Power-Up Items:

Ink Bomb - Obliterates every enemy on screen in a purple explosion.
Shield - Absorbs the next hit before it damages you.
Rapid Fire - Triples your tentacle attack rate for a short burst.
Coin Magnet - Pulls all coins on screen straight to your tentacles.

Shop and Progression:

Spend earned coins to permanently upgrade Tentacle Power, Swim Speed, and Max HP.
Stock up on consumable items before each run.
Your high score, wave record, and coin balance are saved across sessions.

Visuals:

Neon-soaked ocean atmosphere with glowing enemies, particle explosions,
animated bubble streams, bobbing octopus, and a pulsing dynamic HUD.
All rendered on a high-performance custom game loop for buttery-smooth play.
