Ratings and reviews

Difficult Registration Process, Great Perks. I certainly agree with other users who have reported difficulty registering Rubi products on this app. The date of purchase will not accept numeric entrees beyond 2 characters and there is no way I was able to identify a correct way at putting them in. The app could use some improvement in the help section and perhaps a cleaner layout in the catalogue. It isn't as polished as one might expect.

Good and intuitive but needs some improvement. It takes a lot of time to load and the catalogue does not cover most of the tools and accessories in your inventory, also I think you should make the redemption of points and other payment systems to be more flexible for we your customers in Africa that have no electronic payment accounts like PayPal and the rest. The majority of people have access to debit cards.

Great app... Awwwwwsome products!!! But I gave up trying to get the registration for purchase points to work on all the stuff I bought including my DX250 1400... I bought two roller tables and only could get the one registered... bought all the tooling for the saw table... never could get any of that or even my DX250 1400 registered... I even emailed the company, got sent to another department and that was it... email got lost I guess... LOL
