I love this! I don't have much time and paper to play this physically but this app or game gives me a wonderful option. Funny thing is, for a few years I had no idea how to play Sudoku- So I was just going: "Ok, maybe I need to complete a number pattern in each box." And now that I know how to play, finally having discovered the How To Play thing, it's only even better.

New version is unplayable without a Google Play Games account which requires access to you Google account. Complete privacy shambles. Disgusting.

Fine, but colors a bit not helpful and no fancy trophy cups.

What’s new

New: cells whose notes hold the selected number can be shaded (Settings, Shade Cells with Matching Notes), in a colour picked for your theme. When a hint relies on a cell you got wrong, it points that mistake out and erases it first. Game Recap walks your wrong digit to a dead end on your own board. Number entry is faster, and the selected cell stands out more clearly in every theme.
