I do enjoy ordering from the app and the customization options are great. However, I would like to see them add a couple features before I give it 5 stars. First, I really would like to be able to pay with a gift card. It's disappointing this isn't a feature. Secondly, when they have their rewards offers, i.e. "visit 5 times in October to earn a reward" I would like to be able to track that.

Ugh! Functional, but useless. The app doesn't always have the right menu items (some restaurants carry different items, but not always available on the app). I ALWAYS have to re-enter my credit card info, even though it is STORED (that's an available option, yet doesn't work!!!!!). I've uninstalled and then installed again, but that's not the issue. This app is TERRIBLE.

The app was a 3/5 while ordering, then I got to my local Rubios and discovered all online orders had not been made. Long story short, I had to get a refund (which sucks because I really wanted that burrito) and drive through a faster place. I wish the app was integrated with Google Pay so I can avoid storing my credit card in yet another app. I wish I could say "light" or "extra" in addition to "all" or "none." It makes a difference. Maybe this will come in a later version. (see Panera)
