You can't go back to menu, if you press back too many times the app closes resulting in the app closing and your order being gone once you open it up again. I had my order ready, tried to go back and add my payment information in my acct and the app closed. I took my business elsewhere as this happened multiple times and was frustrated on how something SUPER SIMPLE can be a headache.

The app is not user friendly and gift cards are really hard to use. The app often doesn't allow to add gift cards or the gift cards disappear before I use them. It is very frustrating to use. I just had $20 worth of gift cards on the app but the next time I tried to buy food they were gone.

I haven't been able to log-in to my account on this app for a year now. I don't have this problem with any other apps. Perhaps it doesn't affect everyone, but it needs to be fixed. I have been unable to login to the app for months now. A dialog box that says "ERROR! Please try again later." every single time I try to log in. Please fix this!
