UPDATE: It has been almost 6 months and I still can't log-in to the app. I don't have this problem with any other apps. Perhaps it doesn't affect everyone, but it needs to be fixed. I have been unable to login to the app for months now. A dialog box that says "ERROR! Please try again later." every single time I try to log in. Please fix this!

Rubio's can't find my account even though my email is on file and recognized. Additionally, when trying to reset password in an attempt to get into my account that way, no reset link shows up in the email on file. At this point, still waiting to be contacted by Rubio's to clear this up. Love the food, tired of the app trouble.

The app was a 3/5 while ordering, then I got to my local Rubios and discovered all online orders had not been made. Long story short, I had to get a refund (which sucks because I really wanted that burrito) and drive through a faster place. I wish the app was integrated with Google Pay so I can avoid storing my credit card in yet another app. I wish I could say "light" or "extra" in addition to "all" or "none." It makes a difference. Maybe this will come in a later version. (see Panera)
