What’s new

Added a new section in the Settings window titled Skills Development. There are five new settings and one existing setting in this section. Added a new button to the Settings window titled Definitions. Tapping this button will take you to the Definitions window. The contents of this window contain the definition of each setting. Added a new setting to allow you to adjust the speech rate of speed. Made some more changes to improve the AI card playing logic.
