About this game
Tilefall is a mahjong solitaire with 300 hand-checked stages.
Tap two matching tiles to remove them. Clear the board to win. That's the whole
game — no login, no energy, no timers between plays.
TWO RULES, ALTERNATING
Even stages are classic solitaire: take a tile with nothing on top of it and at
least one side open.
Odd stages are WALL stages. Tiles are stacked into a wall, and only the ones
open on their left or right can be taken. Pull one out and everything above it
falls down, one tile after another. The board keeps changing shape as you play.
EVERY BOARD CAN BE SOLVED
Boards are not shuffled at random. Each one is built backwards from a valid
solution, so a winnable path always exists — including the wall stages, where
gravity is part of the puzzle. If you get stuck, that's a move you can take
back, not a dead deal.
300 STAGES, DIFFICULTY MEASURED NOT GUESSED
Stages are sorted into ten tiers. The order comes from actually playing them:
how often a careless player gets stuck, how many choices each turn offers, and
how large the board is. Tier 1 boards are 24 tiles. Tier 10 boards run to 200.
