Costumer care service is very poor, payment gateway service is also poor, money is not reflect in wallet on time. Yesterday I add money but it is not reflect in wallet, that amount show today. When I go for order there are increase in rates of products, This unfair practice of business done by rufil. That is very wrong practice.

Yogurt quality is very bad. It was spoiled and smelling bad when I opened the packet and it was not expired at that time. Raised a concern on whatsApp support but they have not done anything. Other products are of good quality.
