About this app

This app is another product of the run4excellence project and seeks to ensure that everyone interested in sports training, and in particular running, can find relevant content to improve their practice and gather information about technical content and various initiatives.

When you enter the app, you will find a set of informative topics on different subjects. We will prioritize the dissemination of practical and scientific knowledge, which will be presented in a simple and practical way so that it can be easily understood.

You will also have access through the app to all the products and brands that the run4excellence project represents in Portugal, as well as the possibility of reviewing all editions of the INSIDE Running as a lifestyle editorial project and being able to purchase your magazine.

You can also find out about the different technical support plans that the project offers and request more information from the app.

In our club area [4]RUN CLUB, you will be able to follow the growth of athletes associated with the club and understand which partners make this process possible.

Finally, we have a login area, intended for all practitioners of the run4excellence project. This is a personal area, in which each practitioner can access personal information related to training schedules, payments, among others. In each practitioner's individual area, it will also be possible to confirm and update personal best results.
