About this app

DivERP is the phone app for the crew of a dive centre that runs on DivERP. Instructors, divemasters, boat crew and the front desk use it to run the day: who is diving, from which boat, with whom, and what is still to be paid.

FOR STAFF ONLY
You sign in with the account your dive centre made for you. There is no sign-up, nothing to buy and no ads. No invite yet? Ask your manager.

HOME
Your day at a glance: your check-in, who is out now and what is next, your numbers for the month and what is waiting for you. Managers also see their Business's figures.

BOOKINGS
Today's and tomorrow's bookings and departures, kept on your phone for the boat, and any other day when you have signal. Book a guest for any day at any of your Locations, with several products in one booking, and take payment by UPI QR code, a payment link or cash into the Location's register.

GUEST DOCUMENTS
See whose waivers and medical forms are done or pending, send a reminder, or hand your phone to the guest to read and sign with a finger, even out at sea.

ON THE BOAT
Record who actually took each guest on each dive, swap a guest's gear, log the dive conditions filled in from the forecast, and take photos of a guest, a group or the whole departure. Photos wait on the phone and go up on Wi-Fi first.

INBOX
Conversations, groups and the assistant in one place. Answer guests on WhatsApp and the other channels your Business has connected, take a conversation over or hand it back, send a photo, a document or a place on the map, and get a notification when a message comes in.

PETTY CASH
Record cash paid out from the register with a photo of the receipt. Lost the receipt? It waits for a manager to approve.

TASKS
Tasks, tickets and crew requests in one list. Tick a task off even with no signal. Comment on a booking, a departure, a guest or a piece of gear and mention a colleague.

CHECK IN WITHOUT TOUCHING YOUR PHONE
When you arrive at your dive centre, DivERP checks you in, even when the app is closed. To do this the app uses your location in the background: it registers a circle around each of your employer's Locations, and when your phone enters one it records one check-in with that moment and place, at most once a day. No location is recorded at any other time, and the app never records your route. Rather not allow it? Tap Check in on Home instead; the app then takes one reading at that moment. You can change your answer in your phone's settings at any time.

BORROWING CREW
If your manager has marked you as available to other dive centres, you see their crew requests near you, say you are available, and work the day as part of their team.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
What you do on the boat is kept on the phone and sent when you are back in range. Bookings and payments need signal.
