it's very buggy, and troubleshooting missing items on orders is done through the chat in the app, which half the time I can't locate (there's several different locations it's been in, but it's never consistent), and the assist button in the drop-down doesn't select when I press it. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled once already, but it hasn't helped.

Great concept, horrendous execution from the Buncha team. Spends hours searching through their glitchy app, shopping and adding things to your cart. Don't take a break, the app most likely won't remember your order. You'll have to start over. You can't search very well either, forget that option. Searches manage to bring up the most wildly incorrect items. And so many more issues.

I love the idea, it seems to be less wasteful and cheaper than services like Instacart, Walmart+, etc delivery. My shoppers always did great and the driver always dropped it in an easy location at the front of my apartment complex, 5 stars. The main issue I have is the bags left behind. Apts can't have their bags picked up for reuse - I thought if I just set it out the driver would take it. Instead a new full one was placed on the one I put back out. It seems wasteful to me.
