I think they are a scam!! I am trying to go to their app to cancel my order. They changed my delivery time 2 times & never asked if it was a good time for me. I am not going to be home on the day & time they want to deliver. When I go to the app all it says is they are not delivering in my area today. I can't go anywhere else. I dont know what else to do to cancel my order & I want to remove the tip!!! No customer service at all!!!! Not a very good company to work with!!!

Great concept, horrendous execution from the Buncha team. Spends hours searching through their glitchy app, shopping and adding things to your cart. Don't take a break, the app most likely won't remember your order. You'll have to start over. You can't search very well either, forget that option. Searches manage to bring up the most wildly incorrect items. And so many more issues.

The app works well but I've had issues with shoppers not paying attention to requests, particularly around the substitution of organic items with generic. There is the option to select "do not substitute" or even leave a message for the shopper (both of which I do), but 4/5 deliveries so far have been incorrect in some way. The customer service team (including Ruby and Shruti) do credit me for the incorrect items, but it's frustrating to have to contact them over and over with the same issue.
