Goodish The graphics are polished and the concept is well executed. However the game is overly grindy by char lvl 15. There is a distinct lack of graphic variety, the difficulty curve is more of a series of cliffs, and the character balance is only Ok. Best improvement to the game would be to allow for dungeons larger than 5x7. ** MINOR BUG ** The 'stunned 3' graphic should decrement each turn.
Pretty good. The game itself is a little lack luster but is a good time killer. It's simple and enjoyable. The ad system is great and non obtrusive and I really like that the game isn't overly stingy with free gems (premium currency). The latest update made getting through floors a lot more consistent and made it feel better. However if there was something like a boss battle at the end of each floor I think it would break up the monotony that ends up creeping up the longer you play it.
Fun and addictive. I love that it isn't screaming hard and it is reasonably easy to progress. Maybe put a "hard" mode for those that like impossible games. A few things I would love to see: more variety of dungeon terrain, like water, traps (chance to avoid damage), etc. Would be cool to be able to find more types of stuff, not just "loot". Bigger dungeon levels would be awesome. Instead of higher resolution graphics, when moving off the screen you just move to a different section or else the screen just scrolls. Also, some kind of story line would be great! Rescuing a princess, finding magic swords, that sort of thing.
Minesweeper meets random gen grid dungeon. Very grindy and win condition is heavy rng based rather than strategy. Progression is slow and linear. When new features will be added and the progression system reworked this game will be much better. I love running pillow games but this one is quite under par compared to their other games.
A very fun experience There are a lot of great things going for this game. My only gripe is that there isn't enough incentive to try the other characters once you have your first one leveled up sufficiently. He clears things so much faster that it feels like a setback playing the next characters and having to do lower levels. It's always better to use your first character to level up your second, but there isn't a point where you feel like you can easily switch over to the next hero. Otherwise, fantastic game!
Good, simple fun A couple recommendations. Make the ninja better. I spent 1k gems to buy him, upgraded him to the level of my knight, and he's nowhere near as good as the knight. You'd think the most expensive character would be BETTER than the one you start with. Also, when you play as a character and come back to menu, open on the character you just played as. If I'm using ninja, i don't want to scroll through to the ninja again everytime i enter the dungeon.
- bugfix: spending gems is not counted in Deeds/Quests
- enemies now drop stuff too!
- exclamations on stuff which need attention
- fire added in main menu:)
- double gold indicator in main menu
- new loyalty cards for purchase
- faster gambler wheel animation
- all treasures at the end of dungeon now has at least small reward
- blood pool now gives at least 20HP even if you are fully healed
- much bigger rewards for killing all enemies on the floor
- dungeon list shown from bottom
