HOW IT WORKS FOR CUSTOMERS
Request a pickup and delivery by entering your pickup point, drop-off address, and item details. Runnix assigns the nearest available, identity-verified rider to your request. Track the rider's location on a live map from pickup to drop-off, and pay for the delivery directly in the app using card, bank transfer, or other supported payment methods. You can also browse and order from participating local stores, with the same live tracking from checkout to your door.
HOW IT WORKS FOR BUSINESSES
Merchants create a store profile, list products, and receive orders through the Runnix dashboard. Once an order is placed, Runnix dispatches a rider to collect it from your location and deliver it to the customer, so you can fulfil orders without managing your own delivery staff or vehicles.
HOW IT WORKS FOR DELIVERY RIDERS
Riders apply through the app and complete an identity verification process, including submission of a valid ID, before they can accept delivery requests. Once approved, riders receive delivery jobs based on their location, accept the ones that fit their schedule, and get paid for completed deliveries according to the in-app rate for each job.
