About this app

One shared clock. Every phone in sync. Time a race with the devices already in your volunteers' pockets. No account, no login, just the code from your race director.

The start only fires once, so the clock should only exist once. Run This Stopwatch keeps the official race clock on the server, and every phone at the course reads the same time to the second. Start the clock when the race starts, tap Record as runners cross, and type the bib now or tie it on later when the rush clears.

AT THE FINISH LINE
• One big Record button, built for fast taps in gloves
• Times are stamped by the click so two devices never disagree
• Tap a bib from the roster and the runner's name fills in automatically
• Missed a bib in the rush? Record the time anyway. Rows that still need a bib stay flagged until someone ties them on
• A running count of finishes, and how many still need bibs

ONE CLOCK, MANY DEVICES
• A two-person finish line sees each other's taps within seconds
• Fix a time, bib, or name from any device, and every device updates
• Show newest finishes first, or finish order, per device
• Stopping the clock pauses it for everyone, and you can still record late finishers

SPLITS, NOT JUST THE FINISH
• Your director can set up checkpoints along the course. Pick the one you are standing at
• Put a phone at mile 5 and another at the finish, and both feed the same race

• Every tap appears live in your race director's dashboard
• Export the full list as a CSV, or email it in one tap
• Your director can publish finish times straight to the event's results on Run This
