I'd like a refund. App has potential but even with paid subscription, I quickly ran out of credits trying to generate a 10-second vid (never got 1 usable vid) You pay for many revisions since it can't accurately follow prompts. I needed certain colors -- it changed them randomly. I asked for simple text overlays -- it completely misspelled words, looked Chinese even though it's supposed to be an American company. 3 different photos had 3 different team #s -- it put 1 team # on all 3 images. 👎

I paid 15$ for credit and I had to for thw app.. then the credit disappears as the ai created many incorrect videos even though I kept give accurate prompts.and I kept getting charged. the one or 2 were things I could use..but almost 40$ for that isn't worth it.. getting a response from the customer service team as well take a while. still waiting for them to respond. long story short, 2 expensive and can use other app for similar content which is cheaper. although the app does have potential.

So, i initially gave this app 2 stars. it can be incredibly frustrating to use, but the quality was good. now, I'm trying to create videos and it's almost like it's intentionally getting then wrong. this WILL happen to you. And, no, there are no refunds. So, you pay for a product that you don't even get. that's called theft. Find another way to use runway, but stay as far away from this app as possible.
