Deceiving and a waste of money. You pay for a subscription, then have to buy additional credits to generate videos. Even worse, the AI often does the opposite of what the prompt says, changes details, or creates typos. When the AI makes the mistake, YOU have to use more credits to regenerate the same video. I contacted support and they couldn't help or offer a solution. Customers shouldn't have to pay repeatedly because the AI can't follow instructions. I don't recommend it.

Waste of money. I signed up with the standard. I got one 15 second video trailer out of it then I was told to buy more credits. don't bother. you have to have the $100 per month acct to get anything out of this. sucks because the capabilities and design are there. but if you're looking for a cheap way to create ads for your product this is not it.

I wanted to like Runway, but my experience has been extremely frustrating. I provided detailed, specific instructions for what I wanted, yet the AI repeatedly made errors, changed things that were already correct, or simply didn’t follow the instructions. The biggest problem is that every time you try to fix one of those mistakes, it costs you more credits. Those credits cost real money. So you can spend credits generating something, only to have Runway make an error that was completely avoidab
