Ratings and reviews

I'm on the last step of docs verification, i.e. Video call. I wasn't connected to the video call, and it says - Notary call started. Please join the call. I'm not able to join the call at all. The app has some glitch. Moreover, I tried reaching out to the customer service, the link directed me to the whatsapp business page. The automated text says, our support team operates from 9am to 11pm IST. whereas, the fact is, it was 10:15pm IST when I tried reaching out to them. Are you guys serious?

Reducing to 1 star - payment constantly fails when using a US Capital One credit card paying in USD. Also, feels scammy - no mention of notarization costs anywhere in app or in FAQ - UI just directs you to upload documents. Why should I upload documents when I don't know anything about the costs. Support is non existent. I will get my documents notarized elsewhere.

The scheduled call with notar was not attended by anyone. This happened 3 times. I have contacted the mentioned customer care email and also the WhatsApp contact. But I have not received a solution for the issue raised.
