I'm on the last step of docs verification, i.e. Video call. I wasn't connected to the video call, and it says - Notary call started. Please join the call. I'm not able to join the call at all. The app has some glitch. Moreover, I tried reaching out to the customer service, the link directed me to the whatsapp business page. The automated text says, our support team operates from 9am to 11pm IST. whereas, the fact is, it was 10:15pm IST when I tried reaching out to them. Are you guys serious?

If we select a list of documents and proceed further there is no option to go back or cancel. There are no clear instructions as well.

Reducing to 1 star - payment constantly fails when using a US Capital One credit card paying in USD. Also, feels scammy - no mention of notarization costs anywhere in app or in FAQ - UI just directs you to upload documents. Why should I upload documents when I don't know anything about the costs. Support is non existent. I will get my documents notarized elsewhere.

Hi Nishant, this is fair feedback and we're sorry. The cost transparency bit especially - you shouldn't have had to upload anything without knowing what you were signing up for. We've since added clear in-app breakdowns of notarisation charges before the upload step. On the US card payment failure - we'd like to look into properly
