Ratings and reviews

Very disappointing experience. I enabled auto-debit, but it didn’t work on the due date, so I paid manually via the Rupeek app. Later the same day, the auto-debit also went through, resulting in a double payment. This is unacceptable. The system should be reliable and avoid charging twice when payment is already made. I request an immediate refund of the extra amount and a fix to prevent this issue for other customers.

This is not just a bad experience—it is a pathetic and deeply misleading experience. The sales executive will never clearly disclose the processing fee. Even when you ask, you are casually told “30 paisa” without explaining the actual charges. Worse, if you are just 1–2 days late on interest, instead of simply applying a penalty, they may shift your loan to a much higher-interest scheme without clearly informing you. Naturally, this is never disclosed during the sales process. Don't go for it.

Rupeek is very quick when it comes to providing a gold loan. The loan process was fast and smooth, which was a good experience. However, I am very disappointed with the customer service regarding the gold release process. When I contacted customer care to ask about how I could get my gold back, they simply told me that I would receive a callback. But I never received any callback. please don't take rupeek
