Ratings and reviews

Application is gr8 for fresh loan.- rate/gm is highest But negatives are more & wouldn't recommend Rupeek as a customer myself... when it comes for renewal - one pays stamp duty on whole loan amount and not the renewed amount unlike other vendors - renewal amoun comes one day after the renewal amount paid - You have to pay the renewal amount separately, compared to other players which makes the whole operational experience a bit cumbersome and untidy - Customer support is low and app is slow

it's the worst app and it's a trap don't ever take a gold loan or transfer the gold, full of fraudster and waste of customer support if u make partial release They won't allow you and u can't transfer ur gold to any other bank, Rupeek is a completely trap be careful they will tell everything good when we pledge then later if u beg also they don't care watever they tell we have listen better avod this app and save your gold form them, if there would be - 10 i would have given -10, worst app ever

app is to complicated and repayment process is worst, now they has huge communication gap among within them and with customer they are miss guiding, I had a very tough time with my last release, even though mistake was from them they charged one day extra interest amt, don't use this aap any more,
