The said will visit your home on Monaday and for the last 3 days, no one has been picking up my calls. ​When I contact customer care, they simply say that my call is scheduled and I will receive a callback soon. It’s been 5 days, and I haven't received any service, appointment, or any other response from your side. This is the worst service I have seen in the market."

online processing time is very slow. I don't know how many days they will take for the renewal. and also the extra amount which is showing in app which we are getting and the amount actual we get is totally different. seriously no idea why they are additional charges so much. no clarity on anything. better stop talking loans from Rupeek

very bad experience. I am tired every time interest payment It always shows there is a technical error. At this time I am trying to pay interest but it shows due to maintenance payment will not be done between 11 pm -3am . Then they will Free to jump the internet double and give us excuses. We can't do anything because our gold is in their hands so we should pay.
