You can check your Experian and CRIF High Mark Credit Score any time on the app. Experian and CRIF High Mark are among the four major Credit information companies in India.

We’re also working towards onboarding the other 2 credit bureaus namely CIBIL & Equifax through which you can check your CIBIL score soon. We’ll update you as soon as these credit bureaus are available on the app.

Are CRIF and Experian credit scores different from CIBIL?

CRIF, Experian and CIBIL are different platforms owned by different credit information companies. However, all 3 companies are approved by the Reserve Bank of India.

The parameters chosen by CIBIL TransUnion, Experian & CRIF High Mark are majorly similar. All 3 companies have a similar mechanism to calculate the credit score. They use repayment history, credit mix, new credit and outstanding debt to make the credit report.

Having a good credit history in CIBIL will have somewhat similar results with CRIF High Mark and Experian as well.

App permissions and reasons: GoodScore uses SMS access to help users track bills and expenses from bank alerts and payment confirmations.
To ensure timely and accurate updates, GoodScore uses a foreground service to securely sync SMS data when users enable expense tracking, budgeting, or bill monitoring features. SMS data is used only for core app functionality and is not shared with third parties.

Ratings and reviews

Initially, the app showed limited data and some misinformation. Because of this, I posted a negative review. However, their customer support contacted me quickly, understood my issues, and addressed them properly. They have already fixed some of the problems and promised to resolve the remaining ones as soon as possible. Their fast response and willingness to help impressed me, and I now feel safe using the service.

Misleading app. Ads claim free access to credit score and loan details, but once you enter your information, the app forces a paid subscription on the first screen. Without payment, nothing works--there's no feature access at all. This feels like a paywall trap rather than a genuine credit score app. Completely useless and a waste of time. Be careful before sharing your data.

scam app. I downloaded the app on 5jan to check my score. It asked for payment in exchange for tips to improve. Firstly, all the tips are generic and have nothing to do with my actual score. For context, going from 775 to 800. Then, when I cancelled the subscription in the app, the same day ie 5 jan. They charged the subscription on 5 of Feb.
