This is a terrible bank and a equally terrible app. The app the least user friendly app to navigate, and goes through "upgrades" that take away features and add no new features. You cant see or change any payments, either amounts or dates that they are withdrawn on. You cant make an extra principal payment only "fixed amounts" that mess up your regularly scheduled payment. The website is equally aweful. Would rather deal with WellsFargo or US Bank any day of the week.
