Ratings and reviews

Unusable, cust service was useless. Preface this by saying I write software for a living so I know full well when someone is blowing smoke. This garbage app you often can't even place a wager. You click on the pick then try to click the betslip and nothing it doesn't take you to the wager screen. I'd say it works 30% of the time. And if works sometimes but not most times then that's not user error, or an issue with device location etc, that's a big fat bug. Live betting? Doesn't work at all

It's probably the worst betting app in Illinois. The only reason I'm using it is because I live really close to casino and can withdraw money really quickly. This is the only good thing about it. Constantly freezes or refreshes. Forget about placing bet live, takes forever to go thru. By the time it does, it's late. I tried several other apps, work so much better.

It seems when I use the app there are issues. Last week I kept getting kicked out due to the geolocator and today you couldn't open up certain games and once you got a game opened it would constantly spin. Many people were complaining last week and then again today. I have the updated app so I'm not sure why this is happening. I use my computer when I can and seems like if I'm going to win it's on the computer.
