Definitely the worst!!! I uploaded all the documents they requested, including a selfie, and waited 5 days for them to review everything. After 5 days, they finally reviewed it and rejected my Social Security number, even though it is valid. Immediately after that email, I received another message saying that my account was closed and that they do not want to reopen it. The saddest part is that I use the same documents—the only ones I have—on every other sportsbook without any issues.

Game play was easy and fun for the first week or so. Won early on the casino, and enjoyed the hold em poker tables. It didn't take long for the app to start crashing and freezing mid-game. Now my phone is working slower and have lost 98% of what I play. I'm cashing in my rewards and deleting this app. All of them seem to be just scams. 👎

Honestly, if I could get this casino app less than one star and then I would. The only reason I tried this it's because it was advertised that you get $250 for new players to play with. That never happened. most of the games kept glitching logging me off mid spin. Then I'd log back on and an alert would say that the reason I was logged off it's because I was logged in two different places. I lost $500 in 4 days without one single bonus.
