I made a mistake registering my number and I'm not able to change it. That's already a red flag for me and it also makes the app unusable. Edit profile only lets you change your name.

I'm rating rush food almost zero, there customers service is not ethical, my card got Debited $14 for the past 2weeks the have refused to either issue a refund or issue order after several calls and emails and WhatsApp messages,, if you pay them online ur order will be delayed by the way u already pay so u must wait 4hours,, my advice do not pay till delivery

A few months later after my initial review, I'm uninstalling the application and I can recommend you NOT to use this service! Delivery is always late, their response is always that the restaurant is guilty There's no way to give a feedback that they can improve their service!
