Udhari Khatabook Pro is a simple and powerful app that helps you manage all your udhari and customer accounts digitally. Start by selecting your country, and instantly access your dashboard, which provides a clear overview of all your customers’ received and pending udhaari. The dashboard also includes a menu with Upcoming Features and App Settings, allowing you to navigate the app and manage your accounts efficiently.
Creating customer accounts is quick and easy. We recommend adding both numbers (WhatsApp and phone), along with the customer’s name and optional address, to maintain complete records. Once a customer account is created, you can edit account details, delete accounts, or explore all account features at any time. By selecting a customer, you can track all udhaari associated with them, and easily view total, received, and pending amounts at a glance.
The app is designed to make managing udhaari effortless. You can organize entries with Active and Closed tabs. In the Active tab, you can see all udhaari, including paid and unpaid amounts, along with notes for each entry, such as item names or reasons. Udhaari entries can be added, edited, or deleted with a few simple taps. Additionally, you can send pending or closed udhaari details to your customers via WhatsApp or SMS, making follow-ups seamless.
Udhari Khatabook Pro also includes a collection feature that allows you to record collected amounts for each customer. Every transaction is saved in a detailed collection history page, enabling you to track all collections efficiently. Importantly, all your data is stored locally on your device; we do not collect or store any of your information. Your data remains completely private, secure, and accessible only to you.
