About this app

Helix is the official tutor app for Ruvimo, built to help tutors manage their day-to-day teaching — all from one place.

STAY ON TOP OF YOUR SCHEDULE
See your upcoming tutoring sessions at a glance in an agenda view, so you always know when and where you're teaching next.

MESSAGE PARENTS AND STUDENTS DIRECTLY
Built-in chat keeps you connected with the families you work with — ask questions, share updates, and stay in the loop without leaving the app.

TRACK ATTENDANCE IN SECONDS
Mark student attendance for each session quickly and accurately, right from your phone, and review your session history at any time.

MANAGE YOUR ENROLLMENTS
View the students and subjects assigned to you, so you always have the full picture of who you're teaching and what you're covering.

GET NOTIFIED INSTANTLY
Push notifications keep you updated the moment a parent messages you or your schedule changes.

Helix is built exclusively for Ruvimo's tutors — helping you spend less time managing logistics and more time teaching.

Note: Helix requires an active Ruvimo tutor account to sign in. It is not available for general public sign-up

What’s new

Messages is getting an upgrade, and this version includes it. Once it switches on, conversations load faster and open even without a connection, each conversation keeps its photos and files in one place, you can mute or pin a conversation, and you can see when your message was read. Please update now so Messages keeps working after the switch.
