I'll update this as it goes, this being my first experience with the app. if you're looking for tech assistance, it is excruciatingly slow, The app that is. By the time it responds, you've already hit various buttons too many times for it to respond accurately. Never mind that I have a two-week-old unit, and a seemingly simple question, but I'm not permitted to just speak to the local tech. More than just a little bit aggravating!

Constantly has to be uninstalled and installed. This app is a disaster.

Couldn't find my account, free from dealer, then I couldn't create one either as I have an account. called support and not much help there. Oh and the website had a place to open an account, but according to support it is not supported yet. After 20 minutes I moved on and removed the app. This should be quick and simple.

What’s new

We've upgraded our login system with stronger security, improved Loves account linking, and fixed an issue with roadside assistance. We also squashed some bugs and made general improvements under the hood.
