I'll update this as it goes, this being my first experience with the app. if you're looking for tech assistance, it is excruciatingly slow, The app that is. By the time it responds, you've already hit various buttons too many times for it to respond accurately. Never mind that I have a two-week-old unit, and a seemingly simple question, but I'm not permitted to just speak to the local tech. More than just a little bit aggravating!

After spending several thousand dollars for the Blue Compass warranty coverage the app updates and doesn't link for coverage. trying to use the app it wants me to pay for a service contract as though mine never existed. I have called, the response is to wait for a few weeks and reinstall but nothing fixes. thousands of dollars down the drain. before the app updated and deleted our account we tried to use the service it was excruciating. we need to initiate a class action lawsuit.

Couldn't find my account, free from dealer, then I couldn't create one either as I have an account. called support and not much help there. Oh and the website had a place to open an account, but according to support it is not supported yet. After 20 minutes I moved on and removed the app. This should be quick and simple.

What’s new

A much-requested update: pending RV service contracts are now visible in the app, so members don’t have to wait for a contract to go active before it appears. This release also includes UI polish, more Club discounts, and bug fixes.
