How Work View AI works — end to end

1. Project Manager installs Work View AI and sets up as Contractor.
2. Creates a crew task and assigns it to a crew member.
3. Sends the crew member a QR code / invite to join the project.
4. Crew member installs the app, chooses the Crew role, and scans the QR
code sent by the project manager to get set up.
5. Crew member records progress on the task — updates status, takes site
photos, and captures GPS location.
6. Crew member sends the update back to the project manager (via QR scan,
deep link, or share to WhatsApp / iMessage / email).
7. Project manager's phone receives the update and applies it automatically.
8. Project manager views the updated Dashboard and AI Insights — instant
visibility into crew progress, no manual check-ins required.

No login, accounts, or server. All data is local. To review: open app, pick Project Manager" - full access, no code needed. Settings > Database usage > Load demo data to populate projects, tasks and crew (codes W01-W03). Create/assign tasks; view Dashboard and Inbox. To test the Crew role, use a 2nd device/emulator: pick "Crew / Field Staff" > Manual Entry, enter code W01 and any name. Open a task, set status/progress, tap Save & Share Update (QR). On the manager device: Inbox > Scan Update to apply it; Dashboard updates.
