needed to upload a file, I found the app hard to navigate and it timed out on me really quickly. Had to do the 3fa dance three times to upload one file. Also got a false error about the file being too large, but ultimately it took it anyway. 🙄

Terrible app, I understand security and the need for MFA but everytime my screen times out or I switch to another app and return immediately to the baird app, I have to re authenticate. Very frustrating. Additionally the UI is Terrible. It looks so cheap. It's 2025, update the user interface and make at least show my total portfolio balance. Right now, I cant even see my total because its cut off by the screen or its broken into separate lines. This app needs an overhaul from top to bottom.

I was hoping there had been updates to the interface since the most recent reviews. Unfortunately, I don't see much difference. I can read my account information, but that is about it. It feels clunky, outdated, and definitely not user friendly. I much prefer the online interface to the app.
