AbPK performs pharmacokinetic dosing for commonly monitored antibiotics, including aminoglycosides and vancomycin. It may also be used to support precision dosing of other one-compartment antibiotics. This Pro version adds Bayesian analysis of serum concentration data for enhanced individualized dosing.

Features include serum level analysis and graphing, prospective dosing tools, PK/PD parameter calculations, targeted AUC dosing of vancomycin, and once-daily aminoglycoside dosing.

AbPK also includes a flexible drug model editor that allows users to create and store multiple models for any one-compartment open model drug. A ceftazidime model is included as an example.
