The process of signing off on prescriptions is too cumbersome. It requires putting in username, then password, which is fine followed by a code sent for MFA. That is then followed by again putting in the password for controlled substances and then facial recognition MFA. There should only be once where you have to put in your password and once where you have to put in an MFA. No matter how many times I ask it to remember the device it forgets the device. Please fix this.

Hi David, thank you for sharing your feedback. There was a temporary issue with the "Remember this device" login option that has now been resolved. However, password entry and MFA are always required for EPCS to help ensure security and patient safety. If you have any further issues, please contact our support team by emailing support@rxnt.com.

I've had rxnt for 1 year. worked well until last week. RXNT switched to this new 2 factor authentication (2FA). Now not able to login, not able to send ANY prescriptions which has not only hurt my practice, it has hurt my PATIENTS. Not OK. Called 800 number for help but because they have screwed over so many clients with this new 2FA they won't even accept phone calls! Emailed the help desk but you need the new 2FA to see their replies! What a joke. Finding a new e prescribe company.
