I cant login the messages, i tried everything!!!

Really terrible. For example, you can't see unsigned encounters on the app. Only from the desktop version. I'm not sure why. So you aren't even sure what you might be missing until you login from a browser (not on your mobile device since that won't work).

What was a relatively painless experience setting up a token(was still a hassle) has turned into a process that just wastes your time. Why change something that was working? Yet again ruin something that was working just fine. Why make us do this face scan that doesn't even work. If you want to use biometrics just use the authentication from the phone. Your face ID doesn't even capture a face. Utterly worthless.
