RX Mobile Notify allows users to quickly find and book office resources using their mobile devices. Check-in to pre-booked reservations or check-out early to free up resources for others to use. Seamlessly communicating with the ResourceXpress central server and your connected booking systems, RX Mobile is an essential companion to ensure office resources are used to their optimum efficiency. Service users are left free to concentrate on their core business and not worrying about finding/booking meeting rooms and desks.

Key features include:

· Powerful filtered searching by resource status, location, available start/end times, space type, people and resource equipment

· Customizable user interface

· Authenticate for personal bookings/events view

· Add your favorite resources to a list for future reference

· Use dynamic office floor maps to quickly find and book free resources, find the location of pre-booked resources or search for colleagues

· Use the time slider to search for free slots and then book resources.
