Can you give me an email address for support ? The video downloads don't play on the phone by default (avi unreadable). The Share option to say FB messenger throws an error. Is there any way round this? I was able to convert the files - but this was for an elderly relative that shouldn't need this much tech skill to view the captured files.

I have been attempting to get this to work on the android 14 system for a couple days now, and here is what I have figured out. I have been messaging the app creator, and keep getting the same answer in different words. There is clearly more of a process In order to get this camera working. This seems to be a problem for quite a few people, so I'm not sure why it isn't fixed. If your phone is on android 14 system, don't waste your time, just return the camera for a better brand.

Just installed this app for my new TrailCam. Seems to work OK so far, but not used it in anger. Initially could not get it to successfully connect, as the Garmin Drive app was running in background. Once the penny dropped, I "Force Stopped" Drive, then successfully connected and dining room table tests completed successfully. Now to put it in the garden !
