We have 2 of these trail cams that we purchased about 6 to 8 months ago. I would have given it only 4 stars prior to today, because it was glitchy connecting all the time. Would have to delete the saved cam and re-pair them to connect and download. But it would connect. Then Android did a system update this morning and the Bluetooth won't connect so that it can turn the WiFi on. So hopefully there's an update of app soon so I can start using it again.

Purchased this device and it will not connect via android or Apple. As soon as it shows up on bluetooth...it immediately advises an app is necessary. I downloaded the app on both devices and it still won't connect. Right now it's a total waste. Both App stores don't indicate an update is needed to the app....so it's a mystery right now.

Please don't bother with these products or this app. The app is not compatible with Google or Samsung phones, which makes the camera not fit for purpose! The company is in China and will only reply to you once a day and they will not issue refunds, all they do is stalling tactics hoping you give up! The product and app are not worth your time or money, with their customer service being non existent!
