The Food City Mobile App lets you find pharmacies, manage your family's medications, refill prescriptions, and transfer prescriptions from one pharmacy to another using your mobile device. Features include:
• Refill your prescriptions by entering the Rx number or scanning the bottle using your camera phone
• Manage the prescriptions of your entire family with a secure biometric login
• See your prescription history
• Transfer prescriptions from any pharmacy to your preferred Food City location
• Use the GPS on your phone to find the nearest Food City location
• Filter your Food City location search by services offered
• Find information on a variety of health topics and medications

Ratings and reviews

This app needs to be more user friendly. Seriously, take a look at the Walgreens app and you will understand why it is so much better. It would help if the meds that are available for refill were at the top and/or your last refill date was available on one screen and you refill from that screen.

Overall a very good app. I have had a few occasions where info has not wanted to load, I go out of app and then return and it has always worked at that point.

Presciption list gets long and confusing--can't archive or delete anything. Sometimes I order a prescription, it looks like it went thru, but it never gets filled, is no longer showing where it was ordered, and it doesn't tell me why. So I end up calling the pharmacy anyway
