Ratings and reviews

I need this app, which makes it unfortunate that it has some glaring issues. The most annoying thing about this app is that it keeps your list of prescriptions even when they're expired or out of refills. I've only been using Marc's pharmacy since 2023. I'd hate to be someone who used it for a decade. It's also annoying to send in a refill request and see the prescription disappear from the app entirely and you're left wondering if your prescription is going to get refilled or not.

This app is awful. It is so difficult to determine which prescriptions are active. It shows multiple entries of the same prescription, even the ones that have no more refills, making it difficult and confusing to request a refill. There is no way to delete old prescriptions. Very poorly designed. This is not a reflection on the actual pharmacy services. They are great and very friendly. It's just the app that is awful.

Every time I open the app I get a blank screen. I have to reinstall it every time I want to use it. Annoying! And once I am in it I have to log in anytime I change screens. Double annoying!
