It is built around each project brief, where you can save the client name, job type, current stage, and a short next step in one quick entry. The Pipeline tab groups briefs into stage-based lanes, making it easy to scan leads, drafting work, waiting items, and completed jobs at a glance. A compact add action keeps new briefs just a tap away whenever fresh work comes in. The Briefs tab shows your full list in one place with search, so you can quickly find a specific client or job type. From there, you can create new briefs, edit details as work changes, or delete entries you no longer need. The Focus tab highlights active briefs that are not marked done and brings the next step forward, helping you decide what to do next without digging through notes. The Archive tab keeps finished briefs in a quieter completed list, giving you a clean record of past work without cluttering your active view. A built-in dashboard shows how many briefs are currently in drafting and waiting, so you can spot workload and bottlenecks faster. Everything is stored locally on your device, with no account setup required. This makes it useful for designers who want a lightweight offline workflow for managing a handful of local or side projects. Short forms and clear bottom navigation keep everyday use fast, practical, and easy to maintain.
