With RyderGyde, you can:

• Get Roadside Assistance: Quickly request help and track progress 24/7, to get you back on the road quickly.
• Check-in and Track Shop Services: Streamline the vehicle drop-off process right from your phone. Get updates when the vehicle is ready to pick up.
• Submit Driver Inspections (eDVIRs): Stay safe and compliant. Submit pre and post trip inspection reports that go straight to the shop.
• Find Ryder Locations: Locate shops, fueling and rental locations. Access on-site service information like phone numbers, hours of operation and more.
• Find the Best Fuel Price: Find nearby fuel from third-party fueling locations, or login to access contracted fuel prices at Ryder locations.
• Log fuel receipts: Drivers can scan, upload, and share fuel receipts to stay compliant with International Fuel Tax reporting.

The new version is a glitchy mess. Trying to upload fuel receipts is now a tedious chore. you can't just select from a list of vehicles, you have to enter a 6 digit code for each truck for each receipt! I also have to uninstall and reinstall the app each time I need to upload receipts. The programmer who released this version should be fired.

App is slow and buggy. Keeps booting me off and I have to start over from scratch. I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra, so I dont think it's a computing power issue. Web portal is also slow when pulling up all my assets. Can't wait to see what's in store in the next version.

I can't check in. it keeps taking me to reset my location permissions. I've checked and double checked. it's set to allow location permission while app is in use. it's the only app that can't figure out where I am. no point in using it.
