For most of the times the app works fine. But if I can't be connected to Internet, it will take at least a good minute to show a ticket. Even better I got a notification to "enjoy new features" when on train without Internet and my ticket got checked. Seriously, let me take screenshot so I can use any of the pictures viewing apps to show my ticket within 1s instead of not being able to show it when on the train... Or fix the app to check for Internet async, it's 2024, this is just stupid.

It forces me to add a security measure to my phone (pin, fingerprint, etc) where the app could easily just be pin-protected, not forcing me to change phone settings again and again just to access it. Even banking apps don't force this and are pin-protected in app. Also many links to services broken and not clear instructions of usage.

Great app. I have used NAVIT (Rydes)from the beginning and after the switch to the new product, the experience is much better. The combination of using your favorite mobility apps through a digital credit card solution is done in a smart way. There are some areas where they need some polishing, but overall the app is useful. I would also commend the customer support. They are quick and responsive. The small issues that I had were resolved quickly.
