As a lot of other reviews have said, this is a complimentary app, not a full purpose app. As a complimentary app to the desktop version, the app is very helpful, well organized, and easy to use. In times when I'm not able to get on a computer, the app is very helpful as means of being able to review concepts and help keep them fresh in my brain.

It's a bit mediocre. It seems like this is meant to be used as an accessory to the main Code Academy experience, where you do the bulk of your studying online and then use the app to review certain tidbits. If you're trying to use the app as a standalone learning tool, you're not going to have a good time. I'm okay with that, personally. An accessory app can still be useful. The issue for me is that I encounter questions fairly often that are very poorly formatted.

Okay but needs work. Everytime you start "from the beginning" it's never the same course and I don't like that very much. I would prefer a structured platform with very clear levels of progress and an ability to go back and learn the basics again to sharpen up on those details.
