About this app

S3Access is the gate-access system for private residential communities — the app your gate staff run, and the app residents use to get their guests through it.

FOR RESIDENTS
• Add guests in seconds — one-time visitors, date-ranged stays, or permanent entries for family and regular service providers.
• Send a guest pass. Your visitor shows the QR code at the gate and the guard lands straight on their entry, already verified.
• Know when they arrive. Optional push notifications tell you the moment a guest is admitted.
• Keep your household current: vehicles, pets, contact details, and who lives with you.
• See your own entry history — who came, and when.

FOR GATE STAFF
• Search a resident, a guest, an address, or a plate and get an answer immediately.
• Scan a guest's QR pass or a visitor's driver's license to confirm identity at the gate. License scanning is verification only — nothing from the license is stored.
• Record every entry with the guard who processed it, so the log is an accountable record rather than a guess.
• Keep working through an internet outage. The gate terminal holds its own copy of the data and syncs back up when the connection returns.

FOR THE COMMUNITY OFFICE
• Manage residents, properties, and staff from one place.
• Pull entry reports for any date range, as PDF or CSV.
• Configure what your community actually uses — cameras, call-in authorization, fine tracking — and leave the rest off.

BUILT FOR PRIVACY
• Driver's license data is never stored. Scans are checked on the device and discarded; only the outcome of the check is recorded.
• Your data is isolated by community and by role at the database layer, not by policy alone.
• No advertising, no tracking SDKs, no selling data. Ever.
• Location is never collected.

S3Access has no public signup — your community office creates your account and invites you. If your community doesn't use S3Access yet, ask the office to get in touch with us.
