Ratings and reviews

Efficiently designed app that allows me to access and monitor my accounts easily. The one time I got locked out was definitely my fault, but it was rectified quickly by your agent. I would like to see a fingerprint login option, but that is my only complaint. Update: The biometric option was added several months ago. Excellent app.

The new update is better than the old version; however, it keeps freezing when doing a transfer. Always i have to exit the app and relogin again. Once i transaction is complete, i press DONE, but it freezes. There is no need to have the drop-down choice for transfers as (transfer code). Its confusing.

Same awful awf UI as my ENBD app. This app is a perfect example of going backwards. I personally don't especially like the 'one' trusted device as I have two phones and this causes issues. In short, the developers should get the worst banking app award and they don't need to ever worry about losing it to another bank.
