Auto Nida is a smart school operations platform designed for schools in the Kingdom, bringing together parents, the school, the driver, and the cafeteria into a single system, eliminating paper calls and fragmented processes.

The system enables parents to send a secure call when approaching the school, allowing staff to prepare their child at the gate. Parents can also track dismissal times step-by-step, manage their children and authorized pick-up personnel, submit requests for leave and sick leave, receive school messages and notifications, track the bus's location in real time, and manage the cafeteria's budget with daily spending controls and food allergy settings.

Schools, on the other hand, gain access to a dashboard for managing students, classes, staff, and permissions. This dashboard includes attendance and dismissal records, QR code scanning, order approval, driver and cafeteria management, and comprehensive reports. The system supports drivers with route planning and location tracking, and the cafeteria with bilingual point-of-sale systems, catalogs, and products.

This multi-school platform, available in Arabic and English (with support for additional languages), is compatible with the Saudi Arabian business environment—using mobile numbers, ID cards, and payment methods—to enhance security and streamline the school day from start to finish.
