DECISION FRAMEWORKS

Decision Buddy includes three widely used evaluation frameworks:

SWOT Analysis

Analyze your options by identifying Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. This framework helps you consider both internal factors (what you can influence) and external factors (market conditions, timing, and circumstances).

Decision Matrix

Compare multiple options across customizable criteria using a weighted scoring system. Rate each option against factors that matter most to you and view a clear comparison based on your priorities.

Cost–Benefit Analysis

Evaluate the costs (financial, time, effort, emotional) against the benefits (value, impact, satisfaction) of each option. This framework helps you understand trade-offs and long-term implications.
