Saaml Captain – Delivery Made Simple

Saaml Captain is the official app for delivery captains. Manage daily trips, scan and verify shipments, view customer details, and track earnings—all in one place, in English or Arabic.

Sign in and get onboarded
• Log in with your phone number and OTP for secure access
• New captains complete a guided flow: personal details, address, documents, driving licence, vehicle registration and specifications, and a personal photo
• Your account stays in pending approval until verified

Home and trips
• Trip cards show shipment count, COD amount, and commission
• Accept or reject trips, view active and completed shipments, and open full trip details
• Mark deliveries as completed or failed with clear confirmation modals
• Pull to refresh and switch language (English/Arabic) from the header

Scan and shipment details
• Use the camera to scan a shipment tag or enter the tag number manually
• After a successful scan, see customer name, phone (tap to call), full address, shipment count, and weight

Shipments and history
• Shipments tab lists current deliveries with status, timeline, and COD
• Complete or fail a shipment from the list
• History shows past deliveries with filters and search

Wallet and payouts
• View balance, COD collected, and commission
• Filter transactions by type and see completed or pending amounts
• Payout section shows not-yet-billed and billed payouts

Profile and notifications
• Profile overview and account section
• View and edit captain info, address, driving license, vehicle registration, and specifications
• Notifications for announcements and operational updates
