Terrible customer service, we have been trying for a response for over a month to a specific request, we've chatted, emailed customer service, sales and support repeatedly with no assistance other than "we'll check" and then nothing. They don't tell you when someone has left the company (which has happened a couple of times now), emails don't bounce back and nobody checks their mailboxes. We have moved on to other more comprehensive software which suits our needs even better, with stellar customer service. We cannot, in good faith, recommend GeoOp.

Continually have to uninstall and reinstall to fix gremlins, probably every other week. I have an embedded form in my website, when clients book their appointment, the phone number data doesn't sync properly and unable to send them a text from the mobile app. Have logged issue many times but are unable to fix. I have been using this app for nearly 7 years, I have so much data on it I am loathe to change, but it's a love hate relationship for me.

OMG...the app is getting worse. I've been using for maybe 4 years now at least. The price has been steadily increasing, which would be fine if the app got better but it's gradually getting worse. It's so slow now and constantly crashing on various devices including a new phone. I've been asking for what seems like the simplest of an improvements for years, to add a discount column to quotes and invoices and this has never happened. I could go on but out of characters..
