This app is an absolute riot—but not in a good way! The user interface is so clunky and unintuitive, it feels like a maze designed by someone who hates people. It's packed with more bugs than an entomology convention, causing crashes and freezes like it's part of the app's charm. But wait, there's more! The backend is on an endless coffee break. I've been staring at a loading button for over an hour . Highly disappointed, but at least it gave me a laugh!

I have been trying for 2 days but everytime when I start the process it says unexpected error.And somehow it starts then also the "District" drop-down and also the "Marital Status" drop-down menu also does not work. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. Due to this many people are not able to fill the form. The performance of the app is not as per the time and it is not user friendly.

I've been trying for the past three days to complete this form, but it never submits at the end. Despite filling in all the information correctly, I face the same issue every day. Starting from scratch repeatedly is incredibly frustrating. This app has to be one of the most poorly designed government apps I've ever used. It seriously needs improvement.
