while I understand that everyone's experience may be different, it is unclear to me how. this was the simplest ever! had I scanned my passport to start with, it would have been even faster. Maiden name and mother's full name are optional entries. please read what you are filling out and do accordingly. it isn't fair to leave a bad review if you fail to understand what you are doing. note: don't leave app b4 u get to point where I can save what you have entered otherwise u have 2 do again

This app works rather poorly and makes it much more of a hassle to get to your room, but what makes this a 1/5 is that you literally cannot use this hotel without it. f that kinda practice

I found the app a bit usefull, but it didn't save that much time on check in. I suggest to show the fees that tourists pay and offer to pay them or later as they wish.
