Ratings and reviews

while I understand that everyone's experience may be different, it is unclear to me how. this was the simplest ever! had I scanned my passport to start with, it would have been even faster. Maiden name and mother's full name are optional entries. please read what you are filling out and do accordingly. it isn't fair to leave a bad review if you fail to understand what you are doing. note: don't leave app b4 u get to point where I can save what you have entered otherwise u have 2 do again

Not so great with backend service. Takes ages to load and fools around scanning the document. The developer who wrote the code would have misplaced "or" with "and" to fill out the details. What's the point to scan the document when user enters them manually? 😬. I prefer to fill out details over web browser than through this app. At the least I like the UI sophistication overall in the app

Bad UX. I entered all my details, and then it forced me to scan my ID. After scanning my ID, all the details I entered earlier were gone. At least it's not completely unusable, like their website. The website didn't even allow me to enter a second guests, each time I saved the form, the guest list simply didn't update.
