Ratings and reviews

Not so great with backend service. Takes ages to load and fools around scanning the document. The developer who wrote the code would have misplaced "or" with "and" to fill out the details. What's the point to scan the document when user enters them manually? 😬. I prefer to fill out details over web browser than through this app. At the least I like the UI sophistication overall in the app

Bad UX. I entered all my details, and then it forced me to scan my ID. After scanning my ID, all the details I entered earlier were gone. At least it's not completely unusable, like their website. The website didn't even allow me to enter a second guests, each time I saved the form, the guest list simply didn't update.

This app is quite data-hungry. It requires a lot of private data from you. Also, once you checked in, you can't edit it anymore. It's also not obvious whether the digital key work (it's greyed out, guess I will have to figure out once there) and it's also not obvious how to install it on more than one device.
