About this app

SnowManager is the field app for winter service crews. It carries the night's work in your pocket: which routes and addresses are yours, what has been done, and what is still waiting.

YOUR WORK, AS IT STANDS
Home lists the dispatches you are crewed on, each with its progress. Filter to your own work, the whole company's, or one colleague's. Dispatches you have not answered wait in their own tab until you accept or decline.

DRIVE
Open a route and the map follows you, painting the roads as you cover them, with a live percentage and the distance left. Pause when you stop for a load, and finish when the run is done.

REGISTER THE WORK AS YOU DO IT
Check in and out of a stop, start the work, complete it, or record why you could not. Add a note, or a photo stamped with the time it was taken. Where the address has a geozone, the app notices you arriving and leaving, so the stop closes itself.

START WORK YOURSELF
Send out a single address or a whole route from the phone. Pick the work type, the time and the crew, and it is dispatched.

ROUTES AND HISTORY
Every route you drive, with its map and the runs behind it. Open a past run and replay it along the GPS trail it recorded.

HOURS
Start and end your shift. The app keeps every one, with its length.

MESSAGES
Chat with the office and with the crew without leaving the app.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
English, Danish and Swedish, down to the date formats, distances and units your company works in.

SnowManager is a work app. It needs an account with a company that uses SnowManager. There is nothing to buy in the app.

LOCATION
The app uses your location in the background while you are driving a route, to record the roads and addresses you covered and to close stops as you leave them. It is collected only while you are on an active dispatch.
