About this game

Kindling: Last Fire is a card-driven survival roguelike deckbuilder
set in a brutal winter. Draw a hand of survival cards each dawn,
manage scarce resources, and keep your fire lit through a 30-day
winter. Premium indie, offline, single-player — no ads, no in-app
purchases, no accounts, no network required. Buy it once, own it
forever.

For fans of Slay the Spire, Darkest Dungeon, The Long Dark, Don't
Starve, and survival deckbuilders that respect your time and your
wallet.

DRAW CARDS. MAKE HARD CALLS. DON'T DIE.
Every dawn you draw a hand of action cards — gather wood, hunt,
forage, build, trap, rest, and more. Each card costs action points
and shifts your resources: wood, food, fire, warmth, health. This is
turn-based strategy at its most personal: every play is a choice,
every choice has weight, and the cold doesn't care. Spend poorly and
night will take you.

BOSS FIGHTS EVERY FIVE DAYS.
Forge weapons, craft armor, build structures, and earn RPG perks
between encounters to stand a chance. Boss battles escalate from
wolf packs and raiders to a frost bear, the Wendigo, blizzard
wraiths, the Winter King, and beyond — into the Ashen Widow, the
Hollow Choir, the Unkindled, and the Nameless. Sixteen boss variants.
Two phase-two forms. One fire.

EIGHT SURVIVAL CAMPAIGNS, EACH WITH ITS OWN RULES:
- First Light — the vanilla 30-day campaign
- The Long Dark — slower, bleaker, less forgiving
- Bone Winter — famine-biased
- Whiteout — blizzards eat your stores
- Lost Child — protect a ward who suffers first
- Endless — see how far you can push it
- The Nameless Year — fifty days, deep cold, the dark remembers your name
- Proving Grounds — a distilled boss-rush gauntlet

STRANGERS AT THE FIRE.
From day 8 on, travelers arrive out of the dark — a wounded scout,
a deserter, a wolf-kin outcast, a dying woman with a story. Admit
them, share what you have, or send them away. Every choice plants a
seed: scouts return with maps days later, the soldier you fed talks
raiders down, the wolf-kin you turned away comes back at the head of
the pack. Branching narrative with real consequences.

DEEP DECKBUILDING & ROGUELITE PROGRESSION.
165 unique survival cards across 9 tiers. Pick your starting hand,
unlock new cards each run, build a deck that fits your playstyle.
Run modifiers stack voluntarily for up to +170% rewards if you dare.
Meta progression via the Hearth: spend Tinder earned across runs on
permanent stat bumps, new starting archetypes, cosmetic card backs,
and camp themes. Roguelite progression that respects your time.

No ads. No in-app purchases. No accounts. No network required. Play
this single-player roguelike entirely offline. Buy it once, own it
forever. This is the kind of premium mobile game indie devs used to
ship — a complete, finished, no-strings card game that respects your
time and your wallet.

BUILT FOR PHONES.
Portrait one-thumb controls, runs last 20–45 minutes, dawn checkpoint
saves let you close the app any time and pick up right where you left
off. A turn-based roguelike deckbuilder designed for real mobile play

turn-based roguelikes, dark fantasy strategy, and premium indie games
without ads or microtransactions.
