📱 Dekha (দেখা)—An App for Project and Beneficiary Data Collection
This mobile application, Dekha (দেখা), aims to help NGOs and development organizations in the evaluation of projects and data collection of the beneficiaries. For the project team members and the field staff, the app helps them conduct surveys and manage beneficiaries, as well as assist in tracking attendance and monitoring project activities, all on one platform.
Concerning development, complete tracking of project indicators, activities, and even the final results is ensured with Dekha.

🔹 Project-Based Survey Management
Conducting and creating surveys related to each project, indicator, and activity as a unit is made easy. The app's advanced questionnaires, which include multiple-choice, single-choice, and text-field responses, provide accurate data from the field.
🔹 Comprehensive Beneficiary Profiles
Capturing detailed profiles for a beneficiary is important. Hence, the following information is outlined: primary details, educational background, family history, occupational information, health records including any existing diseases, and tracking of assets, wealth, and liabilities.
🔹 Attendance Tracking for Activities
Monitoring of beneficiary participation in training, workshops, and other project-related activities is captured. Tracking of presence and absence, indicating outreach efforts, is also monitored.

The interconnected data access and management of activities tied to specific project goals and indicators is greatly helpful. Group assignments, execution supervision, and total attendance tracking are monitored as well.

Secure login, profile editing, and password management enable user authentication and active account changes; hence, user-verified systems are in place.
Includes recovery of lost passwords through email confirmation and One Time Password (OTP).

Data can be collected regardless of internet connection availability. The data is securely stored on the device, waiting to be uploaded once a connection is established.

When connected, all data is automatically synchronized with the central database, meaning users can access current survey data.

We prioritize user data safety. Users’ records are encrypted during capture and while in transit. Access to data is provided based on user roles to guarantee confidentiality and integrity.

As part of the survey response, users can upload photographs and other relevant documents. This functionality enhances visual verification and documentation.
👤 Who Should Use This App?
The app has been designed for AOSED organization employees and members since it is exclusively made for them. Therefore, AOSED staff and members are the only users who can access this application.
🔐 Restricted Access
The Dekha app login is restricted to authorized personnel from AOSED only. Internal access is controlled, and only approved members may log in. The app is completely off-limits to outsiders.
